Toilet Overflow in Green Castle

In this water loss a toilet overflowed and cause about 2-3 inches of standing water in the customers basement. After removing the standing water themselves, the customer called on SERVPRO of Kirksville to help with the next step in trying to return their home to preloss condition. Our technicians were quick to respond and began the drying process by removing the affected carpet to allow the concrete sub floor to dry underneath. Once the contents of the customers home were moved and the carpet was pulled, our trained technicians were able to place drying equipment to quickly dry out the structure.
