One of our production managers will come out and assess the damage to your structure and contents. Our office staff will begin communicating with your insurance company to ensure that the process goes smoothly moving forward. From there we will write an estimate of the work that needs to be done and get that to you as well as your insurance adjustor. Once we begin work, we aim to be as efficient as possible. Smoke damage can be tedious work, especially if contents in your home were affected. Oftentimes, we will remove the contents from your home, taking a thorough inventory, and take them back to our shop to do detailed cleaning, removing any soot and smoke smell. Once your structure and contents are cleaned, we’ll pack your contents back to your home!
