They cleaned the seats on my 1967 Chevelle and they look like new again!

They cleaned out my dryer vent hose. Everyone was pleasant and professional. They kept me in the loop regarding the work and solved the problem in the end. Plus, the estimate was exactly the same as the final invoice.

Like so many in Kirksville, we had some basement water damage in our home.

On Friday, December 18, Technicians Tony, Mario, Mandy, and Anthony came to assess the problem and begin the clean-up. We were happy to see that they thought it was important to wear masks. When any of the team talked to us that day, and every day, they also kept the social distance. We both have health issues and are very careful about seeing anyone and wore our masks whenever we talked to anyone. The reason I say this is to let you know how much we appreciated everyone's thoughtfulness for us as senior citizens and with health problems. 

When they were sorting out things on Monday, they brought them up to the garage so we didn't have to  go downstairs. They always let us know when they were coming, so we could move the vehicle out so they could get through the garage with any of their machines and hoses. Kate from the office called us several times and I had to call her several times. She was always very helpful and listened to any question and answered them. They performed all the work efficiently and we will definitely recommend your team of technicians to anyone that we know would need this type of service. Thanks to everyone at SERVPRO!

They do a great job, was fast and very good at what they do.

What I was concerned about was getting things dried and I believe they did a great job. The dehumidifiers worked well. The men were courteous and kind and professional. thank you for their service. 

I don't see how they could improve there performance. They were excellent! This was not our first experience with them, that's why we ALWAYS call them! 

The office staff was courteous, polite and helpful throughout the duration of the job. SERVPRO did a wonderful job, we are very pleased with the work they done.
